Closed zte mf65m new version b15 unlock

hi guys
i have a zte modem model mf65m need to unlock with a new version WEB_DJEZZYDZAMF65MV1.0.0B02 Firmware Version BD_MF65MV1.0.0B15 Hardware Version MF65M-1.0.0 the only solution is to downgrade version to lower i tried every thing in the net but no result always faild need a solution please thanks in advance
