Closed Sms no connection

Good day folks,

What will be the sms center number for TNT SUBSCRIBER? i know how to configure it however, these numbers are changing from time to time dynamically! Anybody there could posibly share me some ideas then when it happens again fixing it is not a problem. Technically until now i cannot send any text messages. Please help
