hindi ko maalala kung kailan ko napanood pero nabalita na kailangan natin ng alternatibo o isa pang mapagkukuhanan ng tubig bukod sa angat dam. i realize that there are communities around the lake but why didnt earlier administrations like marcos thought of it as our main water source? im sure if there were some people living near it, he could relocate them. he was a dictator after all.

All I can say is Philadelphia did it first....and look what happened. good luck

which lake do they get their water from? I skimmed thru their Wikipedia and I only saw river as their source. I used also google map and there is no visible lake. nearest is Bellmawr lake which is in new jersey and it is tiny.

- lake is a natural resource. siguro gusto nila ipreserve yun lake natin.
- we have been getting water from dam for decades. in short try and tested na. marami naman pag-aaral na ginawa diyan bakit kelangan pa naten maghanap ng iba?

apparently, the country is building (or planning to build) another dam which is kaliwa dam as mentioned in the first page.
Hintay na Lang mabuo kaliwa dam .no choice e

there are also some bad effects of building dams. lake is a natural reservoir if you think about it which means we dont need to build a dam. we just need to improve maynilad's system or build a similar infrastructure, whichever is better.

pag sagad na ang mga dams (critical level) kumuha ng tubig galing Laguna Lake pero expensive ata ang pagprocess para maging potable. Dam talaga ang solution. multipurpose pa (household water source, irrigation, power generation)
