Sa cp ko po sim 1 ko globe . Sa sim2 ko po smart . Pag nilagyan ko po ng ibang tnt or smar sim ayaw gumana parehas ng simcard ko pero pag ung unan kong smart sim ang nilagay ko both nmn siLa gumagana . Pano po ma fix yun mga Master

Ganto po kase yung sim 1 ko globe po naka lagay sa sim 2 ko naman po smart . Pag nag lagay po ako sa sim 2 ng ibang simcard na smart or tnt both po siLa na ayaw gumana or no simcard naka Lagay kahit pag palitin ko po siLa . Pero pag yung dati kung smart na sim card gumagana naman po

Reset app preferences
  1. Open Settings app.
  2. Tap Apps.
  3. Tap on More settings at the upper right (three-dot icon).
  4. Select Reset app preferences.
  5. Restart your Galaxy J7 and check for the problem.

  1. From the Home screen, swipe up on an empty spot to open the Apps tray.
  2. Tap Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings.
  3. Tap RESET SETTINGS.
  4. If you have set up a PIN, enter it.
  5. Tap RESET SETTINGS. Once complete, a confirmation window will appear.
