Barcode, sorry for very late reply, but for anyone in future, these modems by Huawei can be locked to a band thanks to a German guy named Gasel. His software is called LTE inspecteur. You download it on a PC, accept all the nonsense prompts, connect it to your modem, then select the band or bands yo wish to lock to.

Negative yung app nag manual inspect element din ako may iba pang options pero wala talaga band locking.
