Try to make a salary and project survey via Google search -- not only in the Philippines but also on other countries, so your team will have an idea of the pricing. However those are only guidelines. The true value of the project will depend on how you guys value yourselves. Remember you can have crappy project but sell it for really huge $$$. In the same manner, you can have the best app but sell it for nothing.

Pricing has nothing to do with the quality of your project. (Well it may have some effect once people learn how crappy your project are).

Before I'd go with pricing, I will personally make sure if we can do the project:
1. Can the team do a mobile app
2. Does the team have expertise to process radio streams
3. What is the project deadline? Can the team deliver the features on time?
4. What is the expected compensation of each member?

I've known companies where they take projects that they don't have the expertise to work with and don't have clear direction and even a slightest clue if they can even deliver on time. They are no different from your usual street scammers. I'm ashamed to admit that I had at least joined 3 companies with such approach to projects and it was a terrible experience. I've made money but we lost our client's trust.

suggest lang po...

try to look sample source code on github and join on facebook programming and developing groups. Then brainstorm with your team and give them ideas.

It is best for you to drop/decline the project if you have no prior idea on it. You might also want it to refer to other dev team which has the exact knowledge about it.
