Perhaps this is one of the hardest of photography genres because:

a) You will shoot strangers and you might invade their privacy (given that you went overboard)
b) If you are an introvert and not good in interacting with people you may feel awkward.
c) safety from robbers. Your camera especially if it is DSLR is attractive to robbers/snatcher. some street photographers use mobile or cellphones for portability.
d) Environment. Well, we all know that here in Philippines in some places it is not yet acceptable to shoot anyone in public places because of sensitivity and different beliefs including culture differences.

A personal reminders from street photography:

You have the right to shoot people as long as you are in Public places like streets park and the likes, as long as the person's face is not clearly seen or can be identified in first look. If you want to take a photo of a person ask for his consent, this applies on head-shot/street portraiture, ask whats their story and be polite. show them their photos after you took.

Somehow, shooting candid photos are fulfilling. Street photography is one of the meaningful photography genres. It tells the stories behind our usual life. It is mesmerizing seeing a story in your LCD screen. Here are some of my shots.

happy snapping photogs

The only way is pasimple kang kumuha, o kaya magdala ka ng battalion ng pulis para bantayan ke hehehe.

Haha same sentiments here capslocked.

Yes mahirap talaga ang street photography since yung need to create a meaningful and impactful image na available sa paligid mo. Sabi ka you need to wait the Decesive Moment before you press the shutter.

I've been practicing and continuously seeking tips on how to capture photos well (beginner here hehe). thanks for these insightful tips, will take note of these the next time I shoot

Kasi may kasamang intelectual property part yan.
