How to use:
Download SVL Injector and SVI file
Rese Injector settings (Press Payload > Reset)
Load SVI file (Payload > Load > Select downloaded SVI)
Once loaded go to Tunnel tab and set Forwarder to None
CONNECT!

Select Connect via SOCKS Proxy Server on SE client
Proxy server settings:
Host: 127.0.0.1 or localhost
Port 1080

Please use responsibly.

Note:
4~5Gb can or will BLOCK your SIM but your mileage may vary.


Still under observation due to random disconnections.
