How to openline your Huawei Broadband Stick
[works for Globe, SmartBro, and other Huawei Sticks]
I used my E303 Globe Tattoo stick in these steps. As far as I know, same methodology lang sa steps sa lahat ng Huawei stick. I'll be stating my personal steps na ginawa ko para ma-openline ang broadband.
*********** Globe Broadband stick sa computer. Kung fresh install, wait for it to setup.

Open source version eto ng default dashboard. May advantages at disadvantages eto compared sa default dashboard, which will be discussed later.
Extract/Install Mobile Partner sa Desktop, for easy uninstalling after ma openline ang stick.
Open the "Globe Broadband" icon sa desktop. Pagpopopup ang default dashboard ng stick. Goto Tools > Diagnostics... > Device. Manually copy the 16-digit IMEI of your stick. We will need it later.

You will get something like this:

Copy these numbers. We will need it later.
Disconnect the stick, insert the SIM to be unlocked, in my case, a Smart Prepaid SIM, then close the Globe Tattoo Broadband dashboard by clicking the Close [X] button on the top right corner.
Run the Mobile Partner software we installed previously. You will notice na may similarity ang UI neto sa default Tattoo dashboard. Then, insert the broadband stick with different SIM inside. May magpopopup sa dashboard na "Insert Unlock Code [Attempts: XX]", or something like that. Type in the 8-digit unlock code na nagenerate kanina. May 10 attempts ka bago ma-permanent lock ang stick mo. Do not repeat the failing unlock code kung di gagana. may tatlong unlock code sa results, in my case, ung v2 ang gumana saken.
After entering the correct unlock code, mawawala ang prompt. Wait for a few minutes then makikita mo na sa lower left corner ang signal status ng stick mo. Congratulations! Unlocked na ang broadband stick mo.

I did this tutorial since walang matinong tutorial sa pag openline ng Huawei stick, and I've been searching for this for the past six years.
In the case na hindi mo nidownload ang Mobile Partner software, default dashboard ang lalabas pag-insert mo ng stick. Kung locked SIM ang na-insert mo while not running the Mobile Partner software, hindi magpopopup ang code prompt, at sasabihing "Your SIM card is not supported." Eto ang disadvantage ng proprietary dashboard ng stick. Hindi ma-uunlock ang stick without using the open-source Mobile Partner dashboard software.
Sorry for not adding a bunch of screenshots. I need a new stick to demonstrate these, and my dashboard is fully customized, so yeah.
