Closed Smart sim blocking recovery? (tutorial)

Para po sa mga na block ang Smart sim due to over usage ng data.


Mga ka PHC ask ko lang po kung na try nyo ng mag gawa ng bagong APN sa smart sim nyo na naka block (hindi lumalabas ung indicator na 4g/LTE,3G/H+ etc..) if hindi pa..


Try nyo po ito.

Add/create new Apn

Apn name:
Smart buddy lte (or any)

APN:
smartlte

APN type:
default,supl

Tapos ung iba wag nyo na po galawin
Then save and set as default apn.

Tapos baguhin nyo po ung network type from auto connect to WCDMA only (3g).


Then restart yung phone.

Turn on mobile data after restarting kapag lumabas na po ung indicator... congrats po. Balik na po ulit kayo sa network type then set nyo na ulit sa 4G/LTE.

(If hindi gumana after restarting try turning your phone off for atleast 2mins or so.)


2nd option
Or if hindi pa din at sobrang importante ng sim nyo the best option na po is mag load ng ALLOUT30 or GIGA50 kay smart then dial *888. Kausapin nyo po ung service reps nila for the concern and sabihin niyo po na nawala po ung data indicator. Hihingin nila ibang details mula sayo like name, address sim no. Etc madedetect nila na may (open) access ka sa internet kaya ibabalik nila data connecton mo.



Then voila!!

Proof niyo po? Actually kung gumagana lang yung sa sim toolkit at least a peso balance tiyak yun ang effective kaso wala na ngayon siya sa Smart parang ibang trick na ata para sa unblocking ngayon. Anyways thanks dto.

Roam On and Off nalang pag-asa.
 
As per my past experience, no other way to unblock other than:

1. Submitting a written complaint sa fb page ng smart. That written complaint must contain details about you: address, alternative phone number, and identity cards; Further verifications might be asked to be submitted, depends on the situation or the document. The process will take at most 2 days. At kung ayaw mo ng ma-hassle,

2. Load at least 50 pesos, then ROAM ON to 333 (if I'm not mistaken). After sending, turn-on offline mode/airplane mode, then shutdown your phone for at least 5 mins.

The 2nd way ay gumagana pa dati. Ewan na lang ngayon.
 
WORKING! Sinubukan ko kagabi pero Not Working sya. Pagkagising ko nilipat ko ulit sa TNT ko nagbabakasakali meron na and ayun Working sya, Need lang talaga 1-5 hrs bago buksan ulit si Data Connection! :)
