Closed Pageant tabulation system [need help]

Haiz thank you! At may section pala talaga dito. I need help po kasi about pageant tabulation system kasi di ko alam kung ano ang flow ng system at di rin kasi ako marunong gumawa ng ERD. Well, the 1st frame should be the Admin and the User and when you click either one of it it goes througj username and password and then when you logged in it will go directly to the interface or my mainframe i guess. Di ko na kasi alam kung ano yung mga ilalagay ko lalo na sa categories calculation of each judges and the percentage of it. In August 30, 2016 dapat 60% or more na nagawa namin really need your help

Yung flow ng system kung san ako mauuna tapos yung mga nakalagay sa mainframe better suggestions po coz i need it so badly aug.30 na kasi deadline yung flow lang po talaga tsaka the criteria for judging in each category

Hmmm nahihirapan ako dyan ah basically pageant tabulation is for example i have four judges or the user pag log in nila directly to the pictures of the cansidates pag click sa picture each candidate lalabas profile ng candidate tapos sa baba is the categories then pag na score na ang 1st candidate the score and the rate must be locked na babalik sa interface ng mga candidates then 2nd cand.so on...while si admin naman po siya yung maka2 edit ng scores and rate. Example sa 1st category is swim suit attire, 2nd gown or something etc. Pano e calculate din pala scores nila? Nahi2rapan kasi ako sa mga codes since baguhan lang ako nitong java
