Lets start..

1) Proxies

Ito yung pinakamadali sa lahat ng trick but still working until now.

Q1: Paano gamitin ang proxies?

Pagsamahin ang isang free site at isang proxy.

Code:
freesite.com.proxy.com

Q2: Saan ako makakakita ng proxies?

View niyo na lang yung thread ko below. Nasa attachments yun. Sa Google ko lang din kinuha yun. Pwede rin kayo maghanap sa Google. Search niyo lang "web proxy" or "glype proxy"

Q3: Pwede ko ba i-access ang social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, at IG?

Huwag po! Iwasan po natin mag-login ng account sa social media sites kapag gumagamit tayo ng proxy. Unsecured kasi yung connection. Hindi po safe. Mag possibility na ma-locked yung account mo.

Ultrasurf > You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now.

Q1: Ano ang Ultrasurf?

Free software. Download niyo na lang sa website nila. Portable. No need to install.

Q2: Ano yung 127.0.0.1:9666?

Ito yung proxy server ni Ultrasurf. Dito tayo connected sa server. Open port yung 9666. Pwede mo palitan yung port.

Q3: Bakit hanggang "Waiting to connect" lang?

Dahil busy ang mga servers. Basahin niyo po yung announcement nila sa website.

Q4: Paano ko malalaman kapag connected na ako?

May nakalagay dun sa user interface ni Ultrasurf na "Successfully connected to the server" then mag-open automatically yung IE browser.

How to use OpenVPN?

A. Installing OpenVPN

OpenVPN for Windows can be installed from the self-installing exe file on the OpenVPN download page.

Official OpenVPN Windows installers include OpenVPN-GUI, which allows managing OpenVPN connections from a system tray applet.

After you've run the Windows installer, OpenVPN is ready for use and will associate itself with files having the .ovpn extension. To run OpenVPN, you can:
  • Right click on an OpenVPN configuration file (.ovpn) and select Start OpenVPN on this configuration file. Once running, you can use the F4 key to exit.
  • Run OpenVPN from a command prompt Window with a command such as "openvpn myconfig.ovpn". Once running in a command prompt window, the F4 key can stop OpenVPN.
  • Run OpenVPN as a service by putting one or more .ovpn configuration files in \Program Files\OpenVPN\config and starting the OpenVPN Service, which can be controlled from Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services.
B. Creating and placing config files

By default, the GUI will present context entries to connect to any *.ovpn file under the .\config\ dir of the installation path (including subfolders.) If you do not place any config files here, the context menu in the GUI will not allow you to connect anywhere (since it has nowhere to connect to.)

C. Using OpenVPN-GUI

The screenshots below demonstrate use of the OpenVPN-GUI, step-by-step.

After Startup
After initially launching the OpenVPN-GUI program, the GUI icon will be show in the tray, as shown in the image below. Note that this icon can be hidden when marked "inactive" by the OS, so check the expanding arrows to the left of the system tray if it's started but not shown.

Context Menu
Right-clicking on the icon will pull up the context menu. This menu will allow you to connect any of the config files placed as explained above. Note that you must name these files with the .ovpn file extension. Windows has a bad habit of hiding "known" file extensions, so be careful not to name a config file something like Sample.ovpn.txt by mistake.

The screenshots below show the following context menu samples:

3) Context menu with multiple configs present:

Connecting and Disconnecting
Once you have created a config file, going into the context menu and selecting the "Connect" entry will start openvpn on that config file. A status window will open up showing the log output while the connection attempt is in progress (see first screenshot below.) After successful connection, the status window will be hidden, but can be viewed from the context menu if desired.

Once connected, the context menu will allow that VPN to be disconnected; select that option to terminate the active connection.

Screenshot showing the context menu for an actively-connected VPN:

When one or more VPN instances are running from the GUI, the tray icon will change color to indicate this:

Q1: What kind of VPN is FinchVPN?

FinchVPN is based off OpenVPN, an open source SSL VPN. We implement a custom GUI for Windows and Android users to facilitate easy installation.

It is widely accepted as one of the most secure VPN implementations out there and is extremely flexible, stable and fast. It also supports a wide variety of platforms (Windows/Unix/Linux/Mac/Android).

We also offer PPTP VPN (best effort) as part of our package for those of you using devices that do not have native OpenVPN support.

Q2: Can FinchVPN connect on my phone/device that has no load or credit?

Short Answer: NO, since VPN needs an internet connection to work, If you do not have a load or an internet plan then this means that your phone cannot connect to the internet.

Long Answer: FinchVPN can sometimes connect on some ISPs even without load or your ISP won't deduct anything on your load. That is possible because if your ISP has a loophole on their network or they are having a maintenance which enables your device to use the internet even if they do not have any airtime, load, balance or active internet plan on their mobile phone. Some ISPs only monitors certain traffic and destination ports of your connection to know if you are using your internet connection or not.

For example is if your ISP inadvertently opened a port that is not monitored for accounting purposes. The most common open port is UDP port 53, this port is used by DNS servers. DNS is used in resolving hostnames to their numerical IP addresses. Like in ICMP most ISPs also freely allows you to send UDP packets on that port without charging you since this port is normally only used to resolve domain names. Now when your ISP starts monitoring that port then you wont be able to tunnel on that port for free.

Additional question: Is there anything I can do to prevent my ISP from deducting my load?

Answer: You can find a new open port that your ISP is not monitoring. If you cannot find a new port then there is nothing you can do if they started deducting your load since they(Your ISP) are the one responsible if they will charge you or not. If they closed the port you are using then there is no way you can bypass that since that is already set in their firewall which you and even us have no access to.
