Help BLUETOOTH ON AND OFF TOGGLE IS MISSING ON MY LAPTOP WINDOWS 8

Hindi ko alam kung pano nawala yung icon ng on and off ng bluetooth ko sa laptop windows 8, dati magkasama nmn yun wifi and bluetooth, ngaun wifi nalang. Pero nasa icon tray yung bluetooth tapos kapag i cliclick ko
Device has been disabled by the user ang lumalabas check nio po sa picture.
Nag re install nako drivers ng bluetooth and working properly lahat. Pano kaya gagawin ko dito.

TS, check mo dito:
1. Una muna sa Device Manager:
Open Device Manager > click on Bluetooth > right click on your bluetooth device > confirm that it is enabled. Kung may yellow triangle na may exclamation point, uninstall mo siya tapos restart mo yung laptop para magre-install siya automatically. Check mo uli sa Device Manager kung wala nang yellow exclamation point.

2. Manage Bluetooth Devices:
Punta ka sa Settings > Change PC Settings > Bluetooth > toggle off/on Bluetooth. Check mo na kung ok na si Bluetooth.
